OVERVIEW

PRAXIS - EDITION I
Zerofeedback Praxis is a year-long working framework designed to support the slow development of a single body of work.

Rather than focusing on outcomes alone, Praxis is concerned with how work evolves over time: through repetition, editing, conversation, and sustained attention. It treats practice not as preparation, but as the work itself.

The selected artist will enter a close collaboration with Zerofeedback, oriented toward long-form development and publication. Over twelve months, this process will lead to a solo exhibition and a book produced by Zerofeedback.

INTENT

Praxis is addressed to artists who are already working and are interested in deepening their practice through continuity rather than acceleration.

We are interested in how a body of work takes shape over time: how decisions accumulate, how material is refined, and how meaning emerges through sustained engagement rather than immediacy.

The focus is not on producing new work quickly, but on learning how to stay with a process, allowing it to unfold, shift, and clarify.

This overview is intended to provide context, not limitation. Praxis does not impose a theme. The direction of the work will emerge through the process itself.
MISSION

Zerofeedback Praxis exists to create the conditions for concentration.

In a cultural landscape driven by speed and visibility, Praxis offers a slower rhythm, where attention, editing, and dialogue are central.

The aim is not to direct an artist’s voice, but to support its articulation through careful work and shared responsibility.

Each edition of Praxis forms a distinct chapter, contributing to an ongoing program built around trust, continuity, and long-term thinking.

SELECTED PARTICIPANTS

The selected artist will be developed through Zerofeedback Praxis — Edition I.

The project will culminate in a solo exhibition and a book produced and printed by Zerofeedback. The publication will function as both a finished work and a record of a year-long process.

The selected artist will receive a fixed number of complimentary copies of the book. Shipping costs may apply.

Further details regarding production, exhibition format, and distribution will be announced during the course of the program.
